A Coastal Celebration to Remember
This November, Magnolia Lane Builders was honored to take part in one of our community’s favorite traditions — the 8th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes.
Held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, the event brought together more than 1,100 homeowners, volunteers, sponsors, and guests across Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Jacksonville Beach. It was a day filled with design inspiration, community pride, and a shared goal of giving back to the place we all call home.
A Toast to the Tour Gala at One Ocean
The weekend began on Thursday, November 6, with the Toast to the Tour Seaside Gala at One Ocean Resort & Spa — a stunning evening that set the tone for the entire weekend.
Over 250 VIP guests gathered to dine, dance, and support an incredible cause. The evening opened with a sip-and-stroll cocktail hour featuring gourmet tastings and a preview of exclusive auction items. At 7:00 PM, the celebration came to life with an eight-piece live band, crafted culinary stations, and a spirited live auction led by Vic Micolucci, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Strategic Communications Executive.
Guests bid on weekend getaways, curated dining experiences, educational opportunities, and sommelier-led tastings — all to raise funds for the Beaches Town Center Agency’s vital community programs.
It was a night of laughter, generosity, and connection — the perfect start to Tour weekend.
Tour Day: Design, Community, and Coastal Charm
By Saturday morning, excitement filled the air. Guests explored 15 beautiful homes and 2 bonus stops throughout the Beaches communities — each showcasing creativity, craftsmanship, and coastal style.
From modern builds to lovingly restored cottages, the Tour highlighted the talent and vision that define our area’s architecture and design scene. Behind the scenes, 240 volunteers ensured the day ran seamlessly, while local vendors, artists, and food partners added extra flair.
Transportation flowed smoothly thanks to Beach Buggy’s VIP service, shuttle teams, and more than 20 golf carts connecting each stop.
The day concluded with a lively After-Party Soirée at ABBQ Meat & Drink, complete with live music, celebration, and heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the event possible.
Giving Back: What the Tour Supports
The Beaches Tour of Homes is more than an event — it’s a mission. Each year, proceeds support the Beaches Town Center Agency (BTCA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on enhancing our community through:
Educational scholarships for aspiring designers and builders
Assistance for local military families facing housing hardships
Sustainable landscaping, public art, and neighborhood beautification projects
This year’s Tour raised over $100,000, a testament to what’s possible when the Beaches community comes together with purpose.
Gratitude for a Community That Shows Up
While Magnolia Lane Builders proudly served as the 2025 Keystone Sponsor, the credit for this event’s success belongs to the collective spirit of everyone involved.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to:
The homeowners who opened their doors and shared their stories
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices | Florida Network Realty, the VIP Champagne Jazz Brunch Sponsor
HOME Magazine + Jacksonville Magazine, and the Tour’s incredible media and event teams
The 240 volunteers, vendors, and sponsors who gave their time, energy, and creativity
And the Beaches Town Center Agency and Tour of Homes Executive Committee, whose dedication keeps this beloved event thriving
Looking Ahead
The 2025 Beaches Tour of Homes was more than a showcase of design — it was a celebration of generosity, collaboration, and coastal living. Magnolia Lane Builders is deeply grateful to be part of such a vibrant community and looks forward to supporting this tradition for years to come.
Here’s to another year of creativity, community, and coastal charm.
